We send our merchandise in bubble wrap envelopes via 1st class Royal Mail Standard delivery.

Return Policy

If your CD doesn't play or has been damaged in the process of shipping, we will gladly replace it for you. Please send back your order to: Enigma Falls, 11, Ivy Bank Close, Sharples, Bolton, BL1 7EF. We will refund the p&p costs of returning your album, and will send another one to you.
